Automatically through your use of the website: When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting, operating system, and platform. Privacy choices: We use consent-management technology to collect and store your information and privacy preferences.
Why we collect it, and our legal basis
We use information you provide to respond to enquiries, communicate with you about products or services you have asked about, and take steps in connection with a potential business relationship.
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we generally rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries or, where applicable, on the need to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We use website and technical information to provide the website, maintain its security and availability, manage sessions, detect fraud or attacks, diagnose technical problems, render content, and protect our systems and users. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we generally rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure and functional website.
We use consent-management information to record and apply privacy choices and, where applicable, to demonstrate compliance with legal obligations.
We may also process personal information where necessary to comply with legal, accounting, regulatory, or other obligations imposed on us by law.
Where Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act applies, we collect, process, and use personal data for specified purposes and on a basis permitted by applicable law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use personal information collected through this website for targeted advertising or for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website is currently configured to use only cookies and similar technologies necessary for the operation, security, performance, and privacy-preference management of the website.
These technologies are provided through Wix.com Ltd., which operates the website platform, and Usercentrics GmbH, which provides our consent-management functionality.
Wix uses essential technologies for functions such as website security, fraud and attack detection, session management, website rendering, API protection, error handling, system resilience, and other technical operation of the website.
Usercentrics uses local storage, pixels, and similar technologies as necessary to operate the consent-management interface and to record and apply privacy preferences.
Wix may set multiple essential session cookies as part of these functions. The specific names and technical details of these technologies may change as Wix updates its platform. Current information about the services and technologies in use can be viewed through the consent-management interface on this website.
We do not currently enable any optional analytics, advertising, marketing, or other non-essential cookie categories through our consent-management system.
Because the technologies currently in use are necessary for the purposes described above, they cannot be disabled through our consent controls. You may be able to block or delete them using your browser settings, but doing so may affect the operation of the website.
If we introduce non-essential cookies or similar technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by applicable law, obtain your consent before activating them.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Our principal website service providers include Wix.com Ltd., which provides website hosting, infrastructure, security, website operation, and related services, and Usercentrics GmbH, Sendlinger Str. 7, 80331 Munich, Germany, which provides our consent-management service.
Information contained in enquiries may also be processed by the communications and email services we use to receive and respond to messages.
Our service providers process personal information in connection with the services they provide to us and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
We may also disclose personal information to professional advisers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement authorities, or other parties where disclosure is required by law or is reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights.
International transfers
FiduciaEdge is based in Taiwan, and the service providers supporting this website operate internationally. Your personal information may therefore be processed in Taiwan and in other countries in which our service providers or their authorized subprocessors operate.
Different countries may provide different levels of legal protection for personal information.
Where the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, or another applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use or rely on an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism. Depending on the circumstances, this may include an adequacy decision, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the United Kingdom International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, or another legally recognized transfer safeguard.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to any longer period required or permitted by law.
Enquiry and correspondence records are generally kept for up to 24 months after our last substantive interaction with you. If an enquiry develops into an ongoing business relationship, dispute, legal matter, or other continuing purpose, relevant information may be kept for longer where reasonably necessary.
Essential Wix session cookies generally expire when the relevant browser session ends. Other technical or operational information processed by Wix may be retained for as long as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support its services, subject to Wix's applicable retention practices.
Consent-management records processed through Usercentrics are generally retained for up to 12 months, subject to the service configuration and applicable legal requirements.
After the applicable retention period, personal information is deleted or anonymized unless continued retention is required or permitted by law. Information contained in system backups may remain until those backups are overwritten or deleted in the ordinary course.
How we protect it
FiduciaEdge maintains an information security management system certified to ISO/IEC 27001 and applies technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, destruction, or disclosure.
We also use service providers that maintain security measures appropriate to the services they provide.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Your rights depend on where you live and the laws that apply to the processing of your personal information. Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you may have the right to enquire about or review your personal data, request a copy of your personal data, request correction or supplementation, request that the collection, processing, or use of your personal data cease, and request deletion of your personal data, in each case subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.
If the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you may also have rights including the right to access your personal information, correct inaccurate or incomplete information, request deletion, restrict certain processing, object to certain processing, and receive certain personal information in a portable form where the applicable legal requirements are met.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise your rights or ask a question about your personal information, contact info@fiduciaedge.com. We may request information necessary to verify your identity before completing a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Where applicable, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection or privacy authority responsible for your jurisdiction.

This website is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children.
We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children through this website. If we learn that personal information has been submitted by a child in circumstances where we should not retain it, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
