About FiduciaEdge

Pioneers in trusted edge computing and AI security infrastructure

FiduciaEdge is a deep-technology company that builds the security that allows AI and other sensitive software to run safely outside the data center, even on machines a company does not fully control.

What we build

For data centers, servers, and edge devices.

Why we exist

For most of the past decade, serious AI ran in a small number of very large data centers. That is changing. Organizations increasingly want to run AI on their own machines, in local data centers, on company servers, and on devices in the field, because the data is sensitive, the latency matters, or the regulator expects it.

Moving AI out of the central cloud moves it onto hardware that nobody fully controls. Perimeter security was never designed for that. Our work is to make the hardware itself the thing you trust, so that sensitive computation can happen anywhere without giving up privacy or control.

Meet Our Leadership Team

Eddie Fox

DIRECTOR OF TECHNICAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Eddie Fox leads business development for Western markets from New Jersey. He joined FiduciaEdge in 2022 as an engineer, building and deploying the confidential computing platform before moving to the commercial side of that work. He holds a master's in information engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and works as a bridge between technology and people, and between West and East.

Vincent Luong

Chief Executive Officer

Vincent Luong leads FiduciaEdge as chief executive officer, bringing more than twenty-five years in testing, inspection, and certification. He has served as general manager for DEKRA Taiwan, AT4, and UL, as chief business officer at TSGC Technologies, and as director for North America products electrical at TÜV Rheinland. He has built and run operations across Taiwan, China, Vietnam, and the United States.

Dr. John Zao

FOUNDER / CTO

Dr. Zao founded FiduciaEdge in 2020 and sets its technology direction. He was founding chair of the IEEE standards working group behind IEEE 1934 and IEEE 1935, the international standards for edge and fog computing. He holds a PhD in computer science from Harvard University, is an adjunct professor of information engineering at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and co-founded NGoggle in San Diego.

Hank Huang

CO-FOUNDER / Chief advisor

Professor Huang co-founded FiduciaEdge with Dr. Zao in 2020 and advises on technology strategy and industry engagement. He is a professor at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, where he serves as vice president of the Office of Industry Academia Co-creation and directs the Center of Industry Accelerator and Patent Strategy. He holds a PhD in electrical and computer engineering from Rutgers University.

Dr. Gary Gan

CHIEF architect

Gary Gan is Chief Architect at FiduciaEdge, leading engineering for its trusted edge computing and privacy AI platform. He drives T-REE, FideCompute (secure container orchestration), and MIG (Medical Information Guard). His expertise spans Trusted Computing, virtualization, Zero Trust security, secure boot, and sealed storage. An active homelabber and rapid prototyper, he holds a record-setting three-year PhD from NYCU.

Jerry Yang

Product director

Jerry Yang is Product Director at FiduciaEdge, leading the productization of FideProtect and TTPS. FideProtect protects software and AI assets on embedded and edge devices through encrypted packaging and hardware-bound licensing. TTPS delivers device trust provisioning through hardware roots of trust, device identity, and credential management. His work bridges engineering, product, and market needs to drive strategy and deployment.

Working with the ecosystem

Trusted computing only works when the whole stack cooperates. We work with equipment vendors, AI solution providers, system integrators, and certification authorities across the region.
